The Credit Union RRSP Equity Fund is a pooled fund that invests in North American equity markets. All deposits in the fund are used to purchase units of the fund, which is managed by Phillips, Hager & North. Founded in Vancouver in 1964, Phillips, Hager & North has grown to $63 Billion in size and in May 2008 formed a partnership with Royal Bank of Canada Asset Management Inc. All transactions (contributions, transfers, or withdrawals) occur at the end of the month, based upon the unit value at that time.
